Distinguish a tracked domain from a connected Gateway domain.
How to use it#
A Kept project is associated with the domain whose brand you track. You can configure prompts and inspect answer-based analysis in that project.
What to check#
Agent analytics requires the separate Kept Gateway connection: a CNAME to gateway.freem.ai and successful DCV. Follow the domain-specific values in the connection flow. Do not infer connection status from the presence of a project alone.
